Being organic growers and living in the high mountains of Utah, (where the small town of Midway averages 83 frost free days each summer), got us wondering. Was there a way to use dried herbs and also make a product that we could be proud of? In 2002, after a lot of research into soap making, we made some discoveries. The best soap was one that used oils for the properties that they lent to the finished bar, coconut and palm oils for rich and long lasting bubbles and lots of olive oil for a hard bar.
